West Peak wasn’t born on a whim.
You might say we’ve been “distilling” the world of West Peak spanning the sands of time. Drinking freely from the chalice of life, circumnavigating the globe numerous times and stopping to sample every libation known to man along the way. From Single Malts in the Orkneys and ales in Tasmania to Martini’s in Calcutta and Ouzo in Cypress. All to the soundtrack of punk rock and outlaw country with a healthy dose of “dare me to eat that” delicacies not guaranteed to provide a short stay in the local hospital.
